Given that
the League cannot accommodate all team’s preferences all
the time and that virtually everyone prefers middle evening games,
please indicate if you would prefer the majority of your games
to start either early or late (with the balance starting in the
middle starting slots). Please check one.

scheduled Monday through Thursday. Note: All teams may

UNIFORMS
Five (5) uniform jerseys
are included in the registration fee of $2,100. All jerseys
will be a full extra large cut and have numbers on the back as
well as the League logo. The team name can be silk-screened on
the jersey at a $5 charge per jersey. Additional jerseys can
be purchased at $15 per jersey without team name or $20 per jersey
with team name. When placing an order, please consider extra
jerseys you may need for late roster additions, spouses, children,
friends, etc. It is difficult to fill piece-meal orders later.

may result in expulsion from the League without refund). Further,

Lawyers Athletic Association, Inc., The Lawyers Basketball League,
The New York Corporate Basketball League and affiliated organizations,
their directors and agents disclaim any responsibility or liability
for damage to property or injury to any person, whether players,
